I found it very informativeand helpful as I continue my social media journey.

I had to buy this book for one of my graduate level courses and this was my favorite resource for this particular class. We had to purchase three books and I did like one of the other books as well it was "Applying Social Media Technologies in Healthcare Environments." This one I found to be an easier read and it provided instructions on how to complete the things discussed within it.
