Sorry, I am out of this bbq sauce at the present moment...so cannot answer that question. I would go to the Walkerswood website and they should have the ingredient list.

It should be refrigerated after opening

Q: how long do people marinade their chicken or do they brush it on while cooking? grilled or oven baked?

With most tomato-based, sweet sauces, most people prefer to barbecue, then brush on the sauce the last 20 minutes or so, otherwise it has a tendency to burn. For maximum flavor with chicken, first rub (sparingly!) with Walkerswood Jerk Paste and let set overnight. Then barbecue, mopping with the barbecue sauce (which contain jerk seasoning, but not much) the last 20 minutes.
