Everything was as described in the description down to the tape. Fits and works.

This valve and pressure gauge came with my pool filter. Lasted 15 years or so. Replaced with a less expensive yet compatible unit. Mistake. After 2 years, went back to this. Don't be cheap like me. Buy this one.

The new part fit perfectly. It is working fine but I was a little concerned that the material is different, more brittle, than the original. I’m hoping that the kit will last for at least a few years. The original part lasted close to 11 years without any issues. The price point seemed too high.

Except for the top knob, this assembly was the same as the original except 20 years newer. It was very easy to install. It was more expensive than non-OEM products, but it worked straight up after install and there were no worries about my pump system being down if the part were defective or of low quality which was the complaint for several of the non-OEM products. Very happy that it solved the problem and that I can get on to other things. Once the pump cover was off, total install time was about 15 minutes including removal of the old pressure relief valve.

The kit arrived a week late and when it arrived everything looked good THEN I opened up the pressure gauge and saw the gauge face wasn't screwed in. Fantastic quality control from the manufacturer as it sounds like the screws are rattling about in there. Go figure, spend the money on the OEM gear and it's garbage.

The Kit is a Sta-Rite kit. Though the bleeder valve is now made of a different plastic than the original I replaced. The original was made of the same material as the filter tank. Easy assembly. The old assembly came off easily and the new one went on just as easily. Hand tighten only. Make sure you shut off your pump and bleed the pressure from the filter tank before you start. The kit even includes a small roll of teflon tape and the gauge came with teflon tape on the fitting. I was planning to just replace the bleeder valve that was leaking but I'm glad I purchased the entire kit. Debris and insects that got by the filters collected in the valve and base. So far, so good. I can't comment on durability but I will plan to clean out this assembly at the end of the season.

Kit includes everything needed to replace assembly, including plumber tape. Very easy to replace. The plastic body easy to crack, so do not over tighten. Water leaking from new gauge housing. Replaced with old gauge.

Everything went well with installation, solved my cracked adapter part on top of filter system. Parts were fitting well and no leaks! Would have liked the price to be better as compared to Amazon.com, but it is still cheaper with the fast shipping than ordering separate parts from other suppliers.

Very cheap plastic. The pressure gauge not working. The bleeding valve missing an o-ring I guess and the water was gushing out plus leaking from the thread. So basically I paid $129 plus tax for a 50 cent plastic piece. Good business for them but not for me.
