Can these be applied over ceramic tile?

We do not recommend installing over grouted tiles or floating wood laminate, as the base layer would not be secure. If you choose to install over ceramic or grouted tiles, we recommend filling all grout lines with thin-set tile mortar before installing FloorPops over existing tiles to create a flat, smooth surface.

Will these stick on OSB?

I didn't try to stick them to osb but I imagine they would work very well. I applied them directly to linoleum flooring and they are holding strong. They are suuuuuuper sticky. They would probably work even better on osb.
