What converter can I use to plug into a 110 outlet?

I set the thermostat to heat above 50 degrees in a greenhouse. Why is it still heating at 70 degrees?

I have mine set to 1 as well for that same purpose. Mine does turn on and off and has never went on once the tempature has reached its setting. I am in NY so its a basement unit and stays around the 40-50 degree range. there may be a probem with the unit. I would reach out to customer service.

is it actually manufactured in Canada?

The two we have say the are made in china. One is starting to go out after about a year and a half but its had a lot of use.

What is the square footage this heater will cover?

If it is a tight room with no air leaks I would say 15' by 15' with a low ceiling to keep the heat down lower .I am using mine in a 24'X 24' barn with 7 foot ceiling and tongue and groove 4" wide old style siding that has a lot of air leaks and on a 35 degree day I can get it up to about 50 degrees in about 1 hour enough to work in comfort I plan on getting another one so this one doesn't have to work so hard and add vinyl sidding out side with house wrap to stop all the air flow.It is a great little heater so far into my 2nd winter.If I would leave it on all the time it would do a lot better because I have a cement floor that gets real cold in the winter and when I get that warmed up it holds a higher temperature.
