Typically iron supplements upset my stomach. These are great and do not cause stomach upset. I always take them with vitamin C. Best brand if you need iron.

I was taking Slo Fe because they work without giving me extremely smelly gas all day. However, the packaging itself was enough to make me find another brand. These are easy to get to and great for prefilling my weekly meds box. They work great with no side effects whatsoever and for a cheaper cost! I will be ordering them from now on! UPDATE: They work TOO well! LOL I've been taking these for 2 years now and my iron levels are great despite having a ferritin deficiency, but my red blood cells count is too high now. No worries, I just half these pills with a pill cutter.

Heart Dr wanted me on iron-it was 11 different products that didn't work out till I found these. They don't upset my stomach and cause very little constipation so these are working great. I recommend even if you have IBS-whic i do.

I take iron every day, and this brand is the only one I take. It doesn't block me up, mess up my stomach, or any of that stuff (which doesn't mean it won't to you, that's just part of taking iron supps). I trust the brand every day, and I will continue taking these until they disconinue them. They are small, easy to swallow, don't smell like anything.

Personally I like these pills, at least the quantity to cost since I was buying the CVS generic brand that cost $20 for 30 tablets and these have more milligrams. The downside for me is the metallic taste I have in my mouth, it's awful. I'm sure it's a chemistry thing, they just don't mix well with me, but otherwise I'd recommend them.
