I love the way this corn meal mixes well. It is better than the regular kind at the store. I'm using it to help with my Keto diet, because I find it yo be a better quality of corn. I just wished the bag was bigger.

No flavor. Ground tp a powder so no texture. I wasted money on 2 of these. We opened 1 and then threw them both in the garbage.

Weisenberger Stone Ground Cornmeal had great reviews. Some of the other choices were cheaper but had "bugs" on delivery. This product was clean and tastes absolutely wonderful. I've been looking for whole grain cornmeal with good reviews for a few years. Buy it. You won't be disappointed.
