Easy to prepare pancake mix. excellent with syrup just need to experiment to make other ways.

These were very good. One package makes a lot of these tiny pancakes. I used half a package and it made about 30 pieces. I added a dollop of jam in the center after I poured into the little cups this added a lot of flavor. The Dutch instructions had a sticker over them and the directions were given in English.

I needed a poffertjes "fix." Sure it's a bit more expensive than you'd buy in Holland... but getting them local is totally worth it. One box makes HUNDREDS.. No need to whip up all the batter at once! Butter and powdered sugar is all it takes to make these bring back memories of Europe.

I like this product. The only negative thing for me is the instructions use a whole box which makes way too much unless you are cooking for two dozen people. They should break it down to smaller batch sizes.

Its like having a little bit of Holland where ever you may be. Def get a poffertjes pan & prikker(fork). Flavor on point, than adding butter & a sprinkle of powdered sugar & Walla! I have gifted this more than once- a couple boxes of this mix along with a pan & squeeze bottle (to load the pan more easily). They always love it, especially if they ‘know’ Holland.

The brand was not as expected. The directions are in Dutch and I cannot read them. I bought it as part of a bundle with a syrup and expected all brands to be the same. It was an Amazon prime purchase and I was incredibly disappointed that I could not return the item once I received an item that was other than expected.

These are fantastic. I made my family pofferjtes and they loved it. Simple and easy. I’ll be ordering from them again! Authentic taste. Reminds me of being in Holland again!
