Industrial/Organizational Psychology: An Applied Approach 8th Edition

Needed it for class and what was delivered was the correct one. It's well written and highly readable, which is a benefit when you're approaching unfamiliar subject matter like this.

This book is very well written and contains thorough chaper summaries. Overall, this book is very easy to follow and has many interesting real life examples of concepts.

This is not my favorite textbook, but I have to give 5 stars for the quality of the book I received. It was just as described.

This book is a must have for anyone going into the human resource or leadership field. I got it as a rental but turned around and bought it after my class was over.

On August 2022 I rented this hard copy book that came with the cover in a poor condition which it was understandable after being rented multiple times ( at least 9, judging by the stickers on it). However, it was okay to me because I only needed the inside content. After completing my class the book was returned on December and on time. To my surprise, yesterday, I received the book in the mail and I was also charged for the full amount.After checking the status of this order the rental was changed to a purchase due to “ book damaged”. I noticed that now the book’s cover is even more damaged than it was when I received it on August and I am assuming that it is most likely due to the delivery that occurred two months ago. Therefore, it is completely unfair to be charged a full price for a damaged book that in first place I did not damaged.

This book was ok. The author's attempt at humor was very mundane.Some of the statistics would be updated since the date is over 30 years old.Due to this being the 8th edition, some of the pages have been injected with updated information, but the flow is choppy.The one thing I didn't like was that there were interesting questions and information at the end of the chapters. But, the only way to find answers to these topics was in the workbook. If something peaked my interest, I would have had to buy the workbook in order to complete the story.
