10/10 Worked from my first use, Stretched my tight muscles in the right side of my neck and eased the pain in not just my Neck, but also my Back Legs and feet! The pain vanished!! I was blown away and also didn't even think it was my Neck causing my Sore back! But hey, it worked, I did stiffen up a Little again, but I just used it again and after using this a few times now my neck and back are far less painful and my mobility far better! I thought I'd pulled muscles in my back or pinched a nerve, but Nope, i must have pulled a muscle in my neck or jerked it causing my Excruciating back pain!! This saved me a visit to the chiropractor and probably ,£50 quid!! If you have neck or back pain, or even any pain in your legs, buy this today, it'll 100% help you! As the first one I purchased was so popular I ordered another for my mother. She too loves it and uses it for additional support / comfort.I have since then recommended it to several other people.Definitely purchase for comfort both in and outside the home.

Bit of a fiddle to pump up but it's relief is like someone holding your head up to take pressure off your neck. Nice to have on watching TV.

In my opinion the device is too small for an adult male. Although it does work, being too small means that a strap is digging into my chin which makes it more uncomfortable than it needs to be. Looking back at the product photos it is clear that they are doctored to make it look bigger than it is. I had intended to return this item, however I was unable to find an alternative that was larger, so I guess it will just have to do.
