It’s a great product and very reliable. I had a Preethi Blue Leaf Platinum for over 7 years, and it worked perfectly until recently, when the motor failed. So, I replaced it with a similar model. This time, I ordered the Diamond, but received the Platinum model instead, which came with an extra jar for juice making. I reported it to the seller, and they resolved the issue immediately without any fuss. They also offered a discount and a return option, but I chose to keep the product. Great value for money! Easy to use, and I expect it to last just as long as the previous one.

I bought this product in UK. It is working nice as of now. The blue light is not working. I tried to register this product using given link by Preethi - producers of Preethi. But there is no email reply / SMS reply whatsoever as an acknowledgment message from Preethi. When I contacted Preethi support group over email, they said me to contact the seller in UK. Hence, contacting you to get a registered copy of Preethi mixie. thanks' in advance

It makes our life easier, be it grinding or preparing juice daily. It is having all jars required for most of cuisines. Worth to have it in Kitchen

It worked well for 11 months but just a few days before 1 year the grinder jar has decided to packup and wont function. It leaks from below and the blades wont move. I am hoping to get a replacement considering the 1 year warranty and lifelong service that they claim . I have writtent o their cutomer service . Fingers crossed.

The Preethi Blue Leaf Diamond we purchased is of poor quality. Its blades are frail. Changing of blades can only be done by unscrewing the base along with the washers. The plastic body of the mixer/grinder screams 'duplicate', and so does its plug. The lid does not have a locking system forcing one to press down the lid by hand. The spatula is flimsy and literally lacks strength.

Worth the money, Recommended to buy if you need a strong mixer with cheaper price. Preethi is mixers are durable, I am using another model for years now. High noise and vibration comparing to higher end models. But you don't feel it bad for the price you pay. Power and speed is good. Value for money, recommended to buy.
