Received quick. Wanted ones with no 3 hole punch but these have the 3 hole punch too. However, they aren’t all the way punched it. There are no open holes. You can push through them if you decide to use it as a 3 hole. I actually liked the option to have as a regular folder or hold punch for later.

The folders are a great value for my purpose, which is to give to students in a workshop. I really like the option to punch out holes for insertion to a 3-ring binder. There are cut-outs on both sides of the internal flaps for business cards. As shown in the photo, the cuts are too big for my standard-sized business card. The shipping and receipt of the folders was very good. My rating reflects the disappointment in the size of the slots for business cards.

These folders are great! They are sturdy yet flexible, hold a good amount of papers and of great quality! We use them in our business and our clients really like them. We've noticed that when a client needs changes and they mail back a folders from previous years, the folders are still in great shape. Better than many of the other folders we have used over the years.
