i read so many reviews that was good to bad but i ended up buying this amp ...
i did not want to stray away from the alpine amps i favor so much but i was on a budget and needed something that can power my 12 inch cvr kickers. after days of looking for the right match this amps had the specs i was looking for and it was fairly price. i read so many reviews that was good to bad but i ended up buying this amp anyway. so here is my pros and cons. pros - love the all black coat, a lot of power, performs just as good as any high priced amp, a lot of bass, need to be careful when adjusting the LPF, subsonic filter and bass EQ, made the cars at my local super market alarms ring off from the thunderous bass it produced, and again A LOT of power. cons - a little heavy, hard to mount, heats up but not enough to fry it or cook an egg, and did i say its heavier than it looks. over all this is a dam good and very impressive amp well worth the money. Power Acoustik has a new customer. sorry Alpine i always will favor you but PA gave me the same power with out digging deep into my pockets.

More than just bang for the buck - a top contender.
I took a chance on a relatively mid level performer, with all intent to upgrade it in time. When it arrived I thought "no way" could this push hard. I've been installing SPL and SQ systems for years and this was just a quick mid level install project, powering 2x10" Rockford R2D2s at 2ohm.I am blown away so far! Great performance and no heating issues at all! Controls also work well for fine tuning. I am running this thing at 50% and it is more than enough for most installs. Quality chassis and terminals, overall very well put together. Such a tiny footprint too! I cant imagine better bang for the buck. Of course there is NO WAY it pushes the 2300W it suggests, it is a great accompaniment to the 2x250WRMS RFs I have hooked up to it, so if you have sub(s) around the 400-600WRM range, this is a great match, go for it!LAST NOTE: Mine arrived without a bass control.. Am dealing with it to see what happened. Make sure you ask for it on ordering? Not a big deal right now but silly annoyance.

You can buy this Amplifier in confidence, I am surprised of how this Amplifier really hard hits, for the price you can not ask for more, I am moving two Planet Audio AC12D ANARCHY12 inch DUAL Voice Coil (4 Ohm) 1800-watt Subwoofer, Good solid, I'll tell you what happens to people who say that it burns fast, if you do not have experience riding music or you do not know what you do, you can be sure that you're going to burn it fast, for the sensilla reason, that If you convict the bad subwoofer, you are sure to burn the Amplifier, I explain, you have to be sure that ohm you are putting the subwoofer because if you put it in an incorrect ohm that does not support the amplifier you are going to burn the amplifier, To give an example, if the Amplifier drops to two ohms, and you combine the subwoofer to an ohm, which you think is going to happen the Amplifier is going to burn because the Amplifier is not an Ohm, and that is what is happening With people who are burning fast, if you do not have Is experience in equipment of music take it to a profecional that puts it to him, it is a good purchase, I leave myself surprised of as itota and jamaquea the car. I'm going to buy another one to put one into each subwoofer.

Bad!!
I honestly never believed when people said it stops working after a certain time but literally mine only worked for 2 weeks but it didn’t just stop right away it first just kept going into protection mode if I turned it up passed half way then one day it turned off and boom it never worked again

!!PLEASE READ!! SLIGHTLY OVER RATED FOR POWER BUT GREAT AMP FOR THE $$$ - 100% WOULD RECOMMEND
this amp was delivered to me dec. 23 2015, and at that time it was only $79.99, so i took the gamble and bought it even though the reviews were so mixed. i was surprised at the small dimensions of it being that i have kicker ZX1500.1 in my other car and it is literally 5 times larger, but, this little thing makes a considerable amount of power. i don't believe it will get up to 2300 watts, it would have to be @ 1ohm to achieve that wattage, and IS NOT stable for that... but its damn good on 1 12" DVC 4ohm P.A. mofo running @ approx 1.9 ohms, and only on half gain. now i've added a second 12" mofo and wired regular impedence, now putting 4 ohms to the amp, but i just turned gain up to around 80-85% and it takes care of business for sure. don't be mislead by some negative reviews, because i believe there is just too many dummies out there that don't know S*** about wiring and burn up amps and subs. i also have left a review the power acoustic mofo 12" , please read that also. this amp pairs nicely with those subs

Not the best not totally the worst
I bought this amp because my dad run this brand from time to time so I tried it worked for a week then over heat wouldn’t come out of protection mode came out the my hole audio system cut out radio door and subs all at once trying to figure out if it’s the amp or what because my old amo never did that

This amp is awesome!
I had to lower the gain to less than 40% because I thought my subs wouldn't survive if I went 100. Compact, sturdy, doesn't even get warm with my subs. Excellent price for a well worthy product. Great customer service as well! Thanks!

I am getting around 400 watts RMS at 4 ohms which is perfect for my Kenwood KFC-W3013PS
It is 100% overrated, no doubt about it. If you're expecting this thing to push 2300 watts, or even half of that then your expectations are unrealistic. However, for the price, and especially for the size of this amp it is definitely capable. I am getting around 400 watts RMS at 4 ohms which is perfect for my Kenwood KFC-W3013PS.This amp is great for a discrete install. It is small enough to hide under seats or interior panels which makes for a clean install. It definitely packs a punch for it's size.
