It is not cheap but the quality is good & it is sturdy

Sturdy and functional. Very much used as my stepdad has bad eyesight but still wants to help around the house with electrical repairs and mending small items but needs light and a clearer view on the task.

I bought this for my wife and she is very happy with it.

very useful desk light which has added benefit of a magnifying facility, though only 3x. looks good and is relatively stable.

3x magnification might not seem a lot but in practice it is the right one more times than not. Don't be fooled into thinking getting say, 10x, is more bangs for your bucks because unless you are looking to do macro work it will be unworkable overkill.

so far so good .......... wasn't expecting this to be a USB light with a mains adapter but works well for helping my wife pint her nails
