Do you do handles for upvc doors that measure 165mm screw to screw?

I have a very old uPVC door and I think the centers were 165mm. The bottom screw aligned quite well with the keyhole, so I just re-drilled the top hole to the 210 dimension. It fit perfectly then.

What is the backplate depth please?

I'd say about 12mm. It does say 12.4mm in the product description, I would say that's probably about right!

Does this door lock need to used key to lock the door?

It's just a door handle set, not lock is supplied.
