Great product! Cheaper elsewhere.
I really like this product. I thinned it out to paint on Lycra and it did really well. It only bled if I had too much water added in. The coverage is really nice and the consistency is smooth. I did have to go buy two more jars however for my project. Thankfully Guirys carries it and for less! I got them there for $4 and some change each. I have not tried washing the fabric as I’m still working on my project, I did decide to try to heat set it in the dryer on low for 30min though so hopefully that will work. It came out nice and soft and flexible. This is probably the best fabric paint you can get as far as keeping the soft, flow-y texture of fabric with good coverage.

Jacquard Textile Color in 122 Black
This Jacquard textile color is great for covering scratches and scuffs. It especially works great on shoes. Note the before and after on my heels. I wish they had this product in navy blue.

Great for projects!
I used this black fabric paint for a concert project and it worked pretty good! The color is super pigmented, easy to apply, and dries matte. I used it on a double layered fabric with the top layer being mesh, so it was kind of hard to paint the bottom layer evenly and get it to heat set properly. It worked for me because I am covering it with rhinestones. Although, when I was adding rhinestones with my hands resting on the dried paint, some of the dried paint did transfer slightly onto the white parts of the shirt, so just be careful with that. Overall, it worked great but I just wouldn’t use it on a double layered material again.

Revamping canvas shoes
I’ll update my review after the paint takes some abuse But so far I’m very impressed. I used black to paint my faded canvas shoes. It absorbed great, had to water it down a tad to get into the canvas texture easier but once I did it was very easy to paint and the coverage was like a brand new black canvas. It still feels like fabric (not stiff or just covering OVER the fabric) The can says to iron to set but I used my hair dryer since I can’t exactly iron my shoes and I didn’t want to risk scuffing my dryer with paint. It worked just fine. Overall it looks just like a store bought black shoe and I’ll update after I have to wash them to share how they’re holding up.

Didn't work for me
The edges of my vest, which are made of leather (I believe it's imitation leather), had started to peel, so I decided to try this paint. However, I did not get the result I was hoping for. Despite letting it sit for about 24 hours, it did not dry completely and remained sticky. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with it. It might work better on different fabrics, but it did not work on leather.

Is a good paint
Is not easy to spread or paint on but have a pretty mat finish and the paint is quite dark work pretty well for my project. But is not the easiest to use at least needs 2 coats of paint it is easy to clean off the tile floor. Stain pretty nice I stain what I want and my stay in the house pants and I wash pretty often and the stain till there. Dry a bit stiff .

Works great
Mixed this black with a green color to revive our heirloom antique velvet couch to use as wedding decor. Very trust the process, but it came out great. Interesting medium.
