Tunnock'sMilk Chocolate Teacakes (6 per pack - 144g)

Delicious! I don't eat many sweets. These are just incredibly tasty and fresh. A quality product The marsh mallow is very moist and mushy. Great texture. The milk chocolate just melts . The cookie is fresh and very satisfying. I'm going to try the dark chocolate next time. In my opinion, Tunnock's Tea cakes are better than a box of chocolates.

Received in perfect condition and quicker than expected. Tasted just like they did in Scotland.

These delicate, lovely tea cakes were shipped in an envelope. As would be expected, they arrived smashed almost beyond recognition. I can’t imagine why they would be shipped so carelessly.

I'd recently read about these and seen them on a YouTube travelogue so I thought I'd give them a try. They arrived extremely fast! So much faster than expected. They are shipped in a large, bubble wrap padded envelope and the box itself isn't that sturdy, so they arrived a little smashed in places but ok overall. From the description I thought they'd be similar to the American ones but I was wonderfully wrong!. Ours are hard, dry Graham cracker topped with rubbery marshmallow and dipped in thick, milk chocolate. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy ours very much! But Tunnock's? Oh my goodness! This is what the gods must feast on in Valhalla! The Graham cracker is moist and crumbly. Then the marshmallow is this light, airy, confectioners dream. Then it's dipped in very rich and powerfully tasty chocolate that creates a delicate shell around the whole thing. As soon as I finished my first box, I ordered a second. Please don't buy them, I'm afraid there won't be enough for me.

My tea cakes came in a box with one air wrap on top, unfortunately it wasn’t enough. My tea cakes were all dented to the point where even the foil was broken. As I was trying out the shattered tea cakes I noticed that the barcode with expiration sticker was conveniently placed on top of the box’s printed expiration date. The sticker says 6-30-23. When I ripped the sticker the box says 05-06-23. I received these in march but anyone receiving it any later should check the exp date.Nothing is wrong as far as the flavor of the teacake itself. It’s definitely a little too sweet with a soft biscuit on the bottom. I like the marshmallow but not so much the biscuit.

Tea cakes are severely squashed even though they arrived in a box. This means they were knowingly damaged and placed in the box anyways. The expiration date is in 6 days from when it arrived. Not great.
