Can you change the measurement units?

Dear customer we have two versions of the instrument, mg/dL and mmol/L. Each version only provides one unit of measurement. The same instrument cannot switch between two units. Currently, we recommend the use of the mmol/L in the UK. If you need to know the result of the test in mg/dL. You can calculate by this formula: mmol/l × 18 = mg/dl, mg/dl ÷ 18 = mmol/l

To the manufacturer: What is the error range for this product?

it says +-15% error range in the description.

do you need to set up time date ect ect before 1st use ?

I did not set time & date as I used a booklet to record readings. It has time and date functions but you need to set them up.
