I am really picky about the finish and, especially, the color of gold of the edible glitter, luster dust, and sprinkles I use for decorating my homemade (only for personal use) cakes and cupcakes. In most types of light these Quins shine with a dull metallic finish. I, personally, would prefer a richer gold color but the color shows up fine when I have it sprinkled on frosting. I am not going to go as far as to paint them (but I am not a professional). The gold glint they provide is enough. Now, I do have to say, it's logical to realize that the gold color will be more obvious when there are a ton of them glommed together to give the most color impact versus one Quin scattered here and there. If I were going to have to glom them all together and I wanted a deeper, richer gold color I probably would luster dust over them. I would color the frosting to match the Quins so once they're glommed on, if there's a teenie space of visible frosting here and there, the space won't be that obvious... I don't know if I will ever coat an entire cake with glommed on Quins but will certainly try in an area... I am all about metallic and glitter and luster so I think that these are a beautiful addition to a decorated bakery treat... They are thin and aren't hard to bite down on. The flavor is fine...

I love baking and I love these for so many different items- cakes, cookies, cake pops, or even rices krispy bars. And these are much cheaper than to continue buying little bottles.

Used these for a wedding cake and they were perfect! Covered the middle tier in the white sequins, then used gold airbrush and edible gold glitter on top. Came out beautiful, the texture was perfect it shimmered in the light beautifully. The bride and groom absolutely loved what I did!

Great for muffins

These made my sequin cake very easy to do with them already being gold. However, I did still need to paint it with luster dust to get a true metallic finish. And I only used 1/4 of a container for a 6" cake, so I feel like you get your money's worth. I will purchase again in the future :)

I used these for the coins in Pot of Gold cookies. Perfect!

Great product for the price!Texture and flavor are wonderful.They not hard like other brands sequins.My only complaint is that in the picture show that they have some shine when they completely matte.I add one table spoon of edible gold duster, mixed for a few seconds and problem solved 😀I will definitely would buy them again!

These are my go to now!!!! They aren't heavy so they don't slide down the sides of the cake. They have like a shiny metallic look mixed in so they aren't dull at all! Absolutely worth buying!
