Was very happy with the shovel. We had to cover up the name on the handle, so my recommendation would be to brand it smaller in an inconspicuous place.

I thought Truper shovels were American made, so I was disappointed to see a Made in China sticker on it

The shovel looks sharp. I wrapped the handle with 550 cord and will be presenting it as a retirement gift to a long time friend.

If you are in a business that uses the chromed shovels for groundbreaking ceremonies, please do yourself a favor and buy these. There's really no reason you should pay the ridiculous prices for similar products. Great value!

I have bought several shovels for groundbreaking in the past and was a little hesitant about this shovel because of the price being about 1/2 of what I usually pay. I am happy to say it exceeded my expectations. It was very shiny and looked great with the plaque a local engraver placed on it for us. Will definitely use this one in the future!
