The only belt that gave me pain relief for my pregnancy related back pain.
I recently had my first child. I started to develop some back pain during my pregnancy and powered through it with rest, stretching and some back wraps, but near the time of birth, the pain really ramped up. I was hoping it would get better after the birth, but it gradually grew worse.Rest and stretching wasn’t enough, so I tried a few of the cheaper, similar belts on amazon and none of them worked for me. My husband convinced me that we should try a higher quality product - you often get what you pay for, right? Boy, was he right. The way the decompression belt fits my spine is perfect. With some of the other belts, like Dr. Ho’s, it just did not fit my curves right - it just felt so “flat” and wasn’t much more effective than my trusty old back wrap. But with this DDS belt, it’s been so effective that I can even nurse my baby comfortably while wearing it and have almost none of the back pain after having used it for a few weeks. My husband was so impressed that he is going to also order one for his back aches - we’re so glad to have found a quality belt that works! :)

Seems it works perfectly.very bad quality
Received with perfect size and condition. I'll start to use it daily and back with review update. Seems it works perfectly.soo early for judgment. After 22 days of using this DDS 300 " at 14 psi as a max pressure" some upper air cells from back side are MERGED and PUFFED , and my 300$ brace starts to LOSE PRESSURE gradually. 300$ for 22 days of using only!!!!Note: I used it only for several hours daily and never cross the recommended pressure.Useful brace but BAD QUALITY.

Seems to work well.
Product is well constructed. I was concern that the air might leak out over time but that has not happened. If you are between sizes, I would go down. (I wish I had.) It does expand while in use and can cause some pressure on the lower rib but that was not unexpected, just be aware especially if using while seated. Overall, I’m happy with this brace. I may do an update in a few months as it is pretty pricey!

Exceeded My Expectations!
I was little skeptical at first wondering if it’ll work( since I’ve tried some of the lower priced belts), but the materials used for the belt is much better and the pump actually has a pressure gauge that the other belts lacked.I bought the belt because I’m on my feet all day and pulled my back a couple of times with little relief even after acupuncture, massages and physical therapy.I tried the belt for the first time and felt instant relief but was still skeptical since the other belts did just about the same but never lasted. I wanted to wait a couple of days after wearing the belt to see if the relief would really last, so far it’s exceeded my expectations. I did some yard work today and bent over with and without the belt and my back didn’t give out or have that locking feeling that I would have usually felt. The belt works great and it hides well under clothes (the other belts were a bulkier and I would get constantly questioned or commented).I’m a fan and would recommend it for lasting relief.

The best compression for backs
My physical therapist recommended this belt to me. On Amazon, you can get this belt for over $200 or a $40 knock-off from China. I decided to spend the extra money because this company designed/engineered/ this belt specifically for people with back pain. This company researched how to best meet the needs of back support while doing activities of daily living: walking, driving, working etc.I like that this belt comes in different sizes instead of one size fits all.

I tried varying hours of use/wear and while my back initially felt great from the "traction"
A very well-made and well-thought-out back brace. Unfortunately for me, even after viewing proper fitting video, the brace caused me to have MORE pain in my low back where disks have begun to fail. I tried varying hours of use/wear and while my back initially felt great from the "traction", I had a sharp stab of recurring pain after removing the brace. My doc gave me a cautious okay on this brace but warned me that I might not have good luck with it. Such is life with chronic back pain.

Just by looking at the product you can see I beleive it would really help my back issues.
Like I said above it really looks like a quality product. I have tried many back braces but none of this QUALITY. If there is anyway TO EXPIDITE the process of getting the right size I'll give you my 2ND born. he cut's grass like an expert. Just kidding my middle Grandchild does much better. But I am in constant PAIN but I know there are people much worse off than me. Accoroding to my Doctor he said it's better to be breathing than not????
