Tall, reasonably stable, and good price.
When I was standing the unit up it felt kinda flimsy. But once it was setup and properly locked in place it actually stands pretty well. It's nice n tall and can be used at a short height too. I use mine for my projector. It's perfect for that. I can adjust as needed to get the best placement and good projector angle. It's nice that it comes with a carrying case and can be packed away. Overall a good product for the price.

Good tripod
I bought this tripod for my son for Christmas to go with his video camera. He loves it. You can adjust it to different heights. Very easy to use. Sturdy. Nice size. Good price point.

Easy, Inexpensive Tripod
Love this little tripod. Very easy to maneuver and is really light weight. Very sturdy and inexpensive. It comes with its own bag so its easy to transport. It collapses down for convenient storage. The only problem I have with it, it's not quite tall enough but that was my fault for not checking the height better. Other than that was a good purchase.

Bought this in 2017 and still the best Tripod in 2025
This is hands down the best tripod for all normal scenarios. It's so lightweight, about 1lb, 0.5kG, 500 grams, better than selfie stick phone tripods. I use this for DSLR with heavy lens and works just fine. Its easy to carry around. Recently I am doing more phone photography, astro photography and was looking for a phone tripod. After trying various; went back to this 50 inch Amazon Basics tripod. Phone tripods look cute, but flimsy, tip over with slight win and break the phone. This tripod is lighter like other carbon fiber etc. tripods for a very low price. Highly recommend this. I bought it originally in 2017 and after 8 years, regular use, its still going strong.

It does what it’s supposed to well
Glad I bought this for my projector instead of having 17 books on my nightstand in the middle of my room. It took some playing around with to figure out how to adjust everything, but it’s sturdy, cheap and I like that you can adjust the legs to different sizes for uneven set ups. It’s also cool how lightweight and portable it is.

Excellent tripod
Excellent quality and very durable. Has numerous locking controls and height adjustments to property raise, adjustments and level your laser, camera, etc. My OMMO laser level fit perfectly and the level bubble is extremely useful to ensure exact measurements. Carrying case us a plus

Did not work well for us
The base is sturdy but the part that holds the phone is not. It broke in less than a year. Although it come with a portale bag, it's difficult to fit inside the bag once it's assembeled. It does not have bluetooth connectivity or a remote control.

Stable and easy to adjust
Taking pictures is a hobby to me, so my needs out of a tripod were pretty simple. I originally bought this tripod for the purpose of setting up a "photobooth" at a Christmas party with friends with a Sony A5100, which was a very light camera so I didn't require much of the tripod other than just keeping it up. I am happy to report that it has been almost 5 years since and I still use this tripod! I use it to take our own family photos, recording family videos, to take pictures of the sky or any scenes where I need the camera to be superrrr still, etc.I have a heavier camera now (Sony A7II) in comparison to the one I had then, and even so I have not had any issues with stability. I will point out, however, that I don't use very heavy lenses (between 24mm and 55mm) so I cannot speak to how it would if you used longer, heavier telephoto lenses. I also have only used it mostly on flat land, so I also cannot speak to its stability in very uneven surfaces where you'd have to adjust the height of each leg differently.I find that it is extremely easy to set up and put away, and it is very light. You are able to adjust the height of the tripod as well as the angle of the camera very easily. I love the versatility of the mounting plate since I am able to screw in my DJI Osmo with my phone, as well as my insta360 and GoPro cameras.I have seen other tripods out there that are much more expensive so I'd imagine (or at least hope) that it would be much better quality, but not once have I found myself considering purchasing another yet. I think this tripod is quite a bang for your buck!
