Lovely doll and true to the photo in every way. Unlike SOME of the other dolls whose skin tone is very ‘off’ and not as shown. For example, I own another Glitter Girl doll ‘Sashka’ which I still love but she came quite different to her description. The advert clearly showed a doll with a ‘peaches and cream’ complexion and sparkling green eyes. However what arrived barely resembled the one in the picture. This doll had a strange ‘muddy’ skin shade that I’ve never seen on any doll before and didn’t depict any nationality! Her eyes too were most definitely an amber brown colour and not a green shade at all. Yet despite these odd differences she was well made and pretty and I was able to pose her. So do read the reviews when purchasing one of these dolls, to avoid any disappointment. That said, this one does come exactly as shown - skin tone, eyes and all. All dolls are good quality for the price and all have bendy joints that are not visible to the eye, yet include some wire or something ?! inside the limbs which enables them to bend at the elbows and knees. Although some strength is required to do this. Their hair is usually thick, long and silky and easy to brush and style and I love this doll’s long thick pigtails which I think I won’t undo. In my opinion they are a perfect size at a slender 14 1/2 inches making them easy to manage and display; especially for little hands to hold. There is a range of affordable, well made outfits available to buy for this doll and all come with easy velcro fastening. All clothes and accessories fit the Glitter Girls perfectly but may be too small for other more ‘chunkier’ fourteen inch dolls; as one reviewer noted and was duly disappointed. So perhaps not very versatile. As an adult I’m not ashamed to say I love collecting dolls of all types and nationalities and these Glitter Girls are some of my favourites. The only negative I will mention, is that a lot of them arrived with badly bashed boxes which is an issue I wish Amazon would address. It’s o.k if you’re buying for yourself but I suspect most will be buying these as presents for children, so that’s not really acceptable and something to bear in mind before purchasing.

As you can see, the box was already broken, and had sellotape on it. But worse when I checked that the doll’s hair tangled. Can’t return it coz my daughter has already excited to play with it, so I had to just cut it. Good that it’s not a her birthday gift. The hair is super soft and doll is good quality. So still happy, just slightly disappointed, as always get everything good from Amazon.

So extreme happy with this doll. Got this for my child and I am more obsessed over it.. Purchased this doll with two different others in the same group/brand. My first time ever buying dolls that I feel are so worth it especially the investment in their hair. Less cheaper than other dolls I’ve bought in the past but more valuable. No complaints at all!

Keltie, Glitter Girl Doll: a slim doll with gorgeous soft, long black glossy hair, ideal for anyone interested in combing and styling. The doll arrived in good quality clothes and shoes. The eyes do not close, but overall the quality and appearance of this doll are very impressive especially considering the price in relation to other dolls of this size. Recommended.

My nieces love playing with their GG dolls. The pets are a great addition to their collection making them spend hours playing while stimulating creativity and imagination with the stories they come up with

Good quality! I liked that the glitter is inside the plastic on the sandals so it doesn't come off. I also liked that the shimmer design on the leggings also doesn't come off if touched. The shimmery fabric under her dress is beautiful. The hairband elastic material is shiny too and doesn't shed. The only thing that might shed a bit is the glitter on the bow. (Better than the other doll I purchased which I had to buy new pants and shoes for due to glitter shedding everywhere.) I paid around 5 dollars more for the Emilia doll than the Bluebell doll but it was worth it. She is gorgeous! My daughter has only just turned 3, so I am going to put the smaller pieces away at first... but I hope these dolls will last her awhile for a good price.
