Q: What is the panel like when its overcast, i.e. cloudy and dark, is it going still charge power banks and phones, tablets and the like? 200w, Regards

Hi yes we fitted 2 panels to our VW t5 and they work perfectly, we run phone, tablet and watch chargers and have never had an issue whatever the weather, hope this helps

Got mine linked to 2 leisure batteries and a starter , in daylight I get a static charge rate of 13.7 .Very happy .

I'm not sure how much power a hot tub needs but more than a kettle at a guess. A kettle 3kw or 3000w would need 30 of these panels running at full efficiency which they never do. A heating element is fine with the available power changing with the sun. But a pump or other control systems really dont like it.
