This is calcium. It prevents late night leg cramps. It helps the body lose weight. It has healed the bones in my right leg which suffered several impact injuries. I take 2 pellets in the morning and 2 in the evening. The healing is gradual but steady. At first I couldn't miss a dose without being in excruciating pain. Now I can miss a dose but I try not to.
