Know Yourself: A Book of Questions (Flow)

There are these interesting questions and you get to learn about yourself and I write the questions out just so I can look back at them later on.

This is such a cute, little book but it makes you think. Small enough to fit in your purse!

What a cool book. You know yourself when answering the pages they write one thing on each. It is so sweet. You really go back and forward in time with this nice uplifting book.

It helps me with my job

With journaling the latest trend, there has been a slew of books like this, as well as several free lists available on-line. However, this book stands above the norm.The book itself is visually arresting. With bright colors, patterns and hand-written questions, everything "pops" at you! The wide variety of questions contained in these pages range from simple to complex, fun to serious, some that you answer immediately, and others that give you pause.Whether you use this as a tool for journaling, to get to know yourself better, or to share with someone and compare answers, this book will help you define what's important to you, what you'd like to have more/less of in your life, and help put your life in perspective. You may very well find you don't like some of the answers, and choose to change course.It is wise to examine our paths now and then, where we've been, where we are, where we're headed. A great book to lay out on the coffee table anywhere. Really does make you think

It is a book with one question on each page. Kind of like you can find on the internet for free by searching for journal prompts. It is a cute little hardcover but not really worth the money in my opinion. I wish I would have known what it was.
