Update! I contacted the Plus One company and they replaced the defective product. After emailing the company, customer service responded in a timely manner. They asked a few questions before ultimately sending a similar product (different type of charging port). I would definitely purchase from this company again. I believe all products/most of their products come with this type of warranty. Products are probably a bit pricier (not by much) but definitely worth it since I don’t have to worry about money going down the drain because the product was defective. I’ve had it for over 3 months and it’s still good as new. Love the product. It’s definitely my favorite!Previous review: I liked this product and was really disappointed when it stopped working properly. After a month, only one of the "motors" were working. Very frustrating. The light indicated that it was fully charged, but vibrations were weak.

Never received the charging cable with the product. Nice product that I know of so fat but I am not able to charge it and it dies quickly.

Absolutely awesome product!Noise level is practically nonexistent. It’s not quite compact but fits discreetly in any bag. I absolutely love all the different settings and features it’s a functional tool that gets the job done😉 absolutely worth every single penny

Sure I've only had it for about a day but I can say that it feels great. It's a smooth silicone material and that makes it very enjoyable. It's incredibly easy to clean too, so I find that awesome. Considering this is my first toy I don't have a problem with it. It's affordable for what it is, and does the job great. I haven't used all the vibration settings yet but the ones I have tried are very nice. There are lots of reviews saying it's died on them after a month or even a few charges, so I hope that doesn't happen. Even if it did however I still enjoy the shape alone. It's the perfect length for me. This company makes lots of great toys so I'm planning on buying from them again 👍 Anyways, I highly recommend this!

I wasn’t sure at first because I have never used a device with this shape but I was pleasantly impressed! As an older person I found the power and different speeds to perform well for my level of expectations however I personally have not used this particular item for an extended period of time to allow my own proper assessment of the longevity of this product. but for now I am currently satisfied with the overall performance.

So I’m 22 and still new to vibrators. I have one from Plus One as well (the bullet) and kinda needed an upgrade. It’s kinda hard when you and your SO have opposite schedule and the only time we do the deed is if one calls out from work. So I bought this one. I took it into the shower, annddd didn’t go as planned and bled the whole day (and also stung sometimes, kinda like when you slowly feel a UTI coming). I tried again at night and was definitely a large improvement from using it the first time (I was really shocked with how far it went in as well). I’m not super sure if my kitten is not okay with that sort of material, is too small or is really picky about wanting the real thing 😅 but overall it’s not bad for someone whose somewhat new to vibrators (I wish I could find my lube tho). Packaging wise was super discreet which is great because I live with my parents and sometimes they don’t read who the package is for. They double bagged the item and did it well! Only downfall that made me annoyed, was it didn’t come with a discreet baggy when opening the box itself. I have a discreet bag that came with the bullet, and kinda wish it did the same for this product so I don’t have to run to the bathroom and wash it (with the bullet, I would just slide it in the bag, toss it and go to bed. And yes, I do clean it. I clean it the morning after). I really don’t want to cough up some extra bucks for a discreet bag for this, but yet again I really need something to just drop, toss done, and just to hide in case someone comes into my room and decides to shove their nose where it doesn’t belong
