Better than I could have hoped. Love it.
I don’t normally write reviews but this one earned it. The keyboard has flush keys that aren’t too loud like some mechanical keyboards, which I like. Complete with RGB lighting control right on the keyboard. Options for wired or wireless with both the keyboard and mouse. Internal rechargeable batteries that charge when you connect the cable so there’s no downtime to charge them and you never have to take out or replace any batteries. Each charge has a long lifespan and corresponding lights will let you know when they start getting low. The mouse is the major standout to me. Best mouse I’ve ever had. Light, comfortable, looks great, and has a ton of features. I really do love this mouse. You can download the KLIM software to change the color, pattern, brightness, and DPI presets for the mouse. I bought this bundle for my first gaming PC I just built, and you can see in the photo I customized the lights to match the same color as the fans on my new computer. The KLIM logo and bottom ring light are independently changeable so they can be different or matching based on your preference. You can also choose to have no lights on at all if there’s a scenario where you don’t want them on all the time. The mouse has a dedicated DPI toggle switch on top behind the wheel that’s very satisfying to use. It’s extra nice being able to change DPI settings without having to open any software. (Full transparency) when I initially unboxed everything I had a few issues with the mouse at first. The logo was flashing, and the power would stay on whether or not I turned the switch to off. This was obviously not supposed to happen and I suspected I must have been unlucky and received a defective mouse by mistake. It still worked, but I could tell there were a few things that didn’t seem right. So, I contacted KLIM’s support email and described the problem I was having. Within a few hours I received a detailed reply guiding me through several troubleshooting options to try and resolve my problem. When those didn’t work, it became clear there was something wrong, and they immediately sent a replacement mouse straight to my door in less than a week. They didn’t charge me anything extra, and didn’t ask me to send back the defective mouse. Fast, friendly, & efficient. Incredible customer service. And the replacement mouse works like a dream, as intended. Shoutout to their product specialist Vincent Du Souich for all the help! No one ever likes having to contact tech support, but he was so great, friendly, and personable that I actually enjoyed chatting with him. Give that man a raise! lol

Great keyboard, great customer support
This keyboard is great! I liked it allot for the first few months I had it, unfortunately though it stopped working. I was pretty bummed but I reached out to support and they sent me a new one that same week. My new one has been working flawlessly and I couldn't be happier. I rarely half to charge it and it feels pretty nice. Overall a pretty good keyboard, and amazing responsive customer support.

Good-ish while it lasted
Apparently I've had this keyboard for five years now, which kind of shocks me as I still think of it as my new keyboard. The plusses are that it is indeed lighted (though I'm not a huge fan of the colors) and it is wireless. Apparently I paid nearly $50 for it, but the price has come down substantially so I won't complain about that. The coloring of the most-used key wears off relatively quickly, hence the docking of one star. The big issue, though, is that the battery is now failing, as too I believe is the on-off switch. The keyboard also was preventing my computer from going to sleep. I took the thing apart (note that you need to remove the quality control label to do this). It's a little tricky to put back together, but the bigger problem is that the polymer battery is swollen, which apparently is a fire hazard (it's labeled TW 383198). So I disconnected and pried out the battery. With the USB cable plugged in the keyboard continues to work fine, and I am even typing this review using it. It still won't turn off, though, but the computer is now able to go to sleep. I'm not entirely sure what the lessons are here, except perhaps beware if your battery is failing that in theory more could go wrong than that. I think I'll buy one again now that the price is about half of what it was back then.

Glowing Rectangle Does Thing
(Edit: Okay. I’m gonna say something I don’t say often... I was wrong. I kinda love this thing now. I just leave it on all the time, and the battery? Somehow still alive, like a cockroach in a fallout shelter. My biggest gripe, those offensively cheerful RGB lights resetting every time, doesn’t even matter anymore. It just stays the way I want it, like a healthy relationship or a well-trained dog I don’t deserve. The keys are incredibly comfortable, satisfyingly tactile without sounding like I’m smashing an old typewriter in a wind tunnel. Honestly? This thing might be perfect for me. And that realization fills me with a sense of dread I can’t fully explain. Updated to five stars.) I bought this because I’m a fragile little man with carpal tunnel in both wrists and a deeply rooted need to feel something, ANYTHING when I type out my pointless internet screeds. And honestly? It’s fine. The keys are quiet, tactile, and feel just nice enough to distract me from the crushing realization that I spend 12 hours a day typing nonsense into a glowing rectangle, and none of it matters. They are quiet enough that the other poor souls living in my house at least have to ask me what is wrong and not just follow the sound of increasingly louder keystrokes in a very dark room. Build quality? Also fine. It feels light, but not in a "cheap plastic Happy Meal toy" kind of way, more like "IKEA nightstand that didn't fight back when you kicked it during a breakdown." Solid enough to survive a spilled La Croix. Size? Perfect. It’s exactly the size of a keyboard. That was important to me and KLIM absolutely delivered. Battery life is passable. Like, “your landlord hasn’t cashed the rent check yet, so maybe you’ll eat this week” passable. It could be better, but then again, so could my father’s approval, and we’ve all learned to live without that. Now, the RGB lighting. Oh boy. Every time you turn it off and on again, it resets to some violently cheerful rainbow vomit that looks like a Lisa Frank folder took molly and joined a rave in 2007. If you’re not into the whole “Skittles, blacklight” aesthetic, tough luck, get used to pressing FN + RGB + 3-5. But I mean... yeah. It’s a keyboard. I press buttons, stuff happens, and the void doesn’t get any smaller. I don’t feel scammed, just gently emotionally bruised. Would I buy it again? I don’t know, ask me after I stare at a wall for 45 minutes and consider moving to the woods.

So fanaancy, lol. Love it.
Works great with my PS5, and I love that it lights up in various colors when I use it. The color turns off when not in use to conserve battery which I also appreciate. I wish I would have got the keyboard/mouse combo- if you are on the fence, just get both. They're really cool!

Great Quality in Build and Customer Service
Honestly since i purchased my first wireless keyboard from them a few years back. That one still works today even with the keys worn down. So i purchased this one with my new PC. It is a wonderful keyboard which is what i expected. However after a few weeks i noticed it would disconnect during use for a second and then come back on. After trial and error i found that it was a short in the keyboard. But i was unable to get a replacement since it was out of the 30 day return period. So i contacted KLIM and told them about it. They supprised me by sending me a new keyboard! Honestly i cannot help but reccomend them not only for their keyboard but also their customer service. They really are a great company and i am very happy to support them going forward!

keys wearing off and some sticking; Update: Charge doesn't stay charged either! update: 5 stars!!!!
I bought this keyboard in January I believe and now at almost June, the S and A are almost completely gone. There is some lag and sticking for certain keys as well. sometimes the space bar doesn't work immediately then all of a sudden you have like 4 spaces when you type. i wish there was a fix for this. I love the sound and feel of this keyboard over the few others i have used. Update: dropping it down to 2 stars. Purchased for Christmas and now will have to replace. not only lag time but sometimes completely not working. I would plug it in to recharge and it would work for a few minutes then it would get glitchy so i would unplug it from charging and this is my life everyday. I have to do that every hour or so every day. Would not recommend. Update: dropped to 1 star. It now doesn't hold a charge longer than a day or so and you can't leave it plugged it without it missing key strokes and simply not working at all. I now have worn through 5 keys and they are very hard to see now. Would no recommend and I hope the company at least puts in some sort of effort to reach out but still... they have not. Will keep you posted on if they contact me. Update: The company reached out and not only did they send me a new keyboard, they sent me a 10% off coupon for anything in the online store! Amazing customer service!

Returned it... Not good for me at all
PROS: -The design is great, it's portable, functional, SO easy to set up, has a great battery life, takes a type-C charger, and the keys are SILENT and super responsive for gaming!!!!! ((Also, the instructions/manual included in the keyboard box was HILARIOUS and totally worth the read. I am so glad I read it lol)) CONS: -The legs on the bottom to make the keyboard be slightly angled/more ergonomic are so tiny, for one. You can't tell if it's lying flat or angled, even with the legs in use. -Secondly, the keyboard's manual did state that the keyboard powers off (lights and all) after so many seconds of inactivity... but mine was doing this even when plugged in, and it was still powering off CONSTANTLY. I'm legally blind with very limited visibility in the dark, even with the monitor's light shining, so I and needed a wireless backlit keyboard badly,... but I returned this because to get it to turn back on, plugged in or not, EVERY TIME, I couldn't just hit any key, I HAD to press the space bar or unplug and replug it back in. And since this is supposed to be a mainly wireless keyboard, I can't see anything once it powers off because all of its lights go out!! I use my computer at night in a very dark room, and I was really hoping it would power off less often when plugged in or have an option to not power off (even if it drained the battery!!!) and due to all of that, I returned it. That's not worth $30 to me, but it may work well for someone else. I'll take my Amazon gift credit for the return and find another that does what I specifically needed this for.
