Unique and needed if repairing hearing aids
Can be done without it: replacing tubing on hearing aide ear hooks. But if you're looking at this item on line, you either know that already or are wondering what this pair of pliers does. I operates in a manner opposite to that of pliers; it does not grasp, it expands and does a bang up job of just that for plastic tubing used in over the ear hearing aids. And now your know about an exotic device for the hearing impaired.

Excelta 5.00" Tube Expanding Plier
This tube expanding plier is wonderful. I have worn behind the ear hearing aids most of my life and use this tool when I am reattaching my earmold to the hearing aids. Often times the opening of the tubbing is a little small, but the Excelta 5.00" Tube Expanding Plier stretches the tubing so it is easy to reattach my earmolds to my hearing aids. Love these pliers and highly recommend it.

Good product but delivery was not good
The item is just what I needed. Only issue I have is there is a sign asking EVERYONE to use the Carport door, the driver ignored this request and left it at the wrong door.

Easy to use
I change the tubing on my hearing aids monthly. This device comes handy to stretch on the hook to the hearing aids. Otherwise, it would be hard getting it on there.
