Great watch. If you like what you see, you will like it.Drawback: the leather band is VERY stiff, needs to be broken in.

I saw this brand on The Wendy Williams Show & thought it would be a nice gift for my husban.. It's Elegantly Masculine. Numbers on the face are large enough to read but not too big. Days of week strategically positioned so as not to block the numbers.Based on the price for this particular type watch, I was skeptical the watch would be cheap looking & was was hoping it would look like advertised & I am truly pleased say it does (& dare I say.... maybe better?) My husband is very pleasedGreat price for such a nice watch.Kudos Stuhrling!!

I purchased two watches from this seller — it advertised as having genuine leather straps. this one came in a different, cheaper-looking box, but I didn’t think much of it at the time.Unfortunately, despite very minimal use, the leather strap on this watch is already showing noticeable signs of wear and even tearing. This level of damage is very disappointing considering how rarely I’ve worn it.I would appreciate it if you could offer a replacement strap or allow me to return the watch for a refund. Thank you for your support and understanding.

The second hand does not land on the indices. A little past each one. For such a nice looking watch this seems like such a small thing they could have corrected.Overall a beautiful watch. I have had compliments on it.I would buy again. As I wear it I will see how it does . So far pleased.

This is a fantastic wrist watch. Every detail is built with precision and it shows. The second hand has little to no stutter, and the overall movement is solid . The layout allows you to see all functions with very little blocking by the hands. The price is truly impressive. I’ve paid 3 times more for watches that were no where near the overall quality of this watch.

UPDATE: I RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT STRAP FROM THE COMPANY TODAY. THAT'S EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN STANDING BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. I WROTE THE ORIGINAL REVIEW AFTER NOT HEARING BACK FROM THEM FOR AWHILE, BUT THAT WAS PROBABLY MORE AN AMAZON MESSAGING PROBLEM THAN A STUHRLING PROBLEM. IT'S WORTH SAYING THAT STRAPS ORDINARILY AREN'T COVERED UNDER THEIR WARRANTY, BUT THEY ENDED UP COVERING THEM. SO ALL GOOD.I ORDINARILY WOULDN'T GO THROUGH ALL THIS BUT THE STRAP IS A SPECIAL DESIGN FEATURES THAT COMPLEMENT THE BEAUTIFUL WATCH'S DESIGN WELL. THANKS MUCH.Original: Only 7 months, the leather strap broke at the buckle, and I can't get a message back from my inquiries (plural) in the Amazon messaging section. Never gotten wet, taken care of well. The official statement says straps aren't covered, but no way it should have happened--I've had watches for decades without strap breakages. Now I can't find anywhere to even buy a replacement strap. Hope this lack of quality and customer service doesn't represent the whole line. If I get some help I'll come back and revise this review.
