Yes, it is great as a filling for a layer cake. I use a little less milk to make it a little thicker.

There are 8g of carbs in each pouch (2 pouches per box). Each pouch makes four (4) 1/2 cup servings.

It takes about 10 minutes to make including prep and clean-up time. You will need to chill it for two hours for best presentation, but licking the bowl and beaters can be part of clean-up.
