CREA Kitchen Tap With Pull Out Sprayer, Dual Function Mixer With 360° Swivel Single Handle, Sink Mixer With Magnetic Docking, Stainless Steel

We have had this tap fitted since December 2020 ( so about 4 weeks ), and so far it has been sturdy, looks good and functionally has performed well. We have used the spray and normal flow function and pulled the hose out to clean around the sink unit several times. So far, there have been no issues with any of the functions. Depending on your water pressure , the spray function is powerful which is useful in many circumstances for cleaning, but can spray splashes of water about. It just takes getting used to. The tap control which sits on the side of the tap is different to the one we had before, but it is easy to use in controlling the water flow and required temperature. We had a professional plumber fit this in about an hour. For the money this has been very good value and we are pleased with our choice.

Great quality sturdy and heavy tap, looks really slick and luxurious. Just what I wanted with the handle being a little higher as sometimes washing the dishes with a handle at the bottom gets in the way.The pull out spout is great, goes a good distance and works very well. Really powerful! The only thing is that it doesn’t sit completely flush once the pull out is returned to the tap but that’s ok, doesn’t bother me really.

You could pay double this price and still not feel like it is too much! Easy to install and works perfectly. The two spray patterns are really useful and looks so much better than the usual basic taps. You wont be disappointed.

I needed a new tap for my kitchen sink, my old one is leaking badly and was cheap bad quality, which is totally the opposite of the Crea Kitchen tap with pull out shower, its a good quality tap, got a bit of weight to it, not like the chao ones, its a modern design, my one is crhrome and it comes in black and also stainless steel. £78.99 is a good price for a good quality tap, but even better, mine cost £50.77 as it had busted box and slight imperfection to the tap, but to be honest I cant see it myself, and I’m really happy i got a bargain. I do recommend this tap.

Tap looks fairly well made and install was straight forward but for me it converted my gravity fed hot water to a trickle. Nowhere in the description does it warn of this and with the claimed 24 hour resolution to any problem i thought i would try it... it wasnt the cheapest but i dont mind paying a bit more for service.Anyway when i emailed the manufacturer about the problem i was asked to supply pictures, what that would do i wasnt sure but i sent some, two days later they asked for a video...i sent that.Anyway days between each banal question led to the resolution from them... go and buy a different cartridge!If you have a high pressure system it should work fine but otherwise steer clear because the so called top support is not there.Now returned and replaced with one half the price and better performance.Why all taps dont show what the minimum pressure required is i dont know but if it isnt there assume its high pressure imho

I found this design to be similar to one I seen priced at £400!! Great modern design at a fraction of the price.

The media could not be loaded. Our tap broke so we needed one in a hurry and purchased this. All-in-all we’re happy with it. Instructions were basic and in the end we couldn’t use the plastic triangular mounting ring - it just didn’t leave enough (or any) thread to grab on to. But that’s okay. It’s still very solid.The two downsides:1) when on the stream flow setting it sprays a lot of water around. So I’m getting drips/spray on my countertop. (See video)2) it’s like the lever has some built in stop. You can turn it on and get to a natural stop but if you keep pushing (and with decent force) it’ll pop into “the next gear” to give you maximum flow. Not sure why it does that and it’s not offering any value... just a bit of a pain really. (Also see video, but hard to show)That said, those aren’t dealbreakers and for a tap at this affordable price delivered the next day we’re reasonably happy.

Great tap...happy with it but it is very stiff on the water speed control
