Really did ease pain and help with movement for me.
My hopes were not high for this product (having tried an elbow brace to no effect), but being desperate for pain relief, I thought I’d give it a go. I’m really glad I did! Just adding pressure to the outside of the lower arm as recommended made an instant difference. Straight away, I had greater pain free movement. I’ve also found that after three days of use (and I’m using it only when I’m actively using the elbow and removing it when at rest), I’m finding a general improvement in my elbow as a whole. I can’t swear that the overall improvement is down to the pressure band, but I’m guessing that a lessening of stress on the muscle might be helping provide extra healing time (......but I’m not a doctor or physio, so can only report my personal experience!).The product feels well constructed and is comfortable to wear (as long as it’s not over tightened!). I found only light pressure was required to make a difference. If i had to find a fault, I’d say it is quite bulky (I measured approx 1.75cm at the thickest part of the pressure pad), so wouldn’t be so easily hidden under tight fitting sleeves. It could however be worn over them.Worth giving it a go for the price.

Does the job but doesn't seem to last well
I bought this in January and have been using it once a week for tennis since then. I'm a middle-aged man and my forearm is 30cm at its widest - the support only just goes tight enough round it (should be as tight as possible without cutting off circulation). Although badged as unisex, I doubt it would be tight enough for many women. It's now slipping looser as I play (the rectangular plastic bracket the strap goes through keeps rotating 90 degrees). If that bracket was square rather than rectangular, this wouldn't happen.Having said all this, I would not be able to play without the support so it's doing its job, hence the 4-star review. At the price, it's a good product. Now I know more about the supports, I'm looking for one that I know will fit easily and not slip.

Firm, weatherproof, and low-profile—solid brace for elbow pain relief during graft or recovery.
Used this during long shifts and heavy lifting—brace straps on tight and stays put without cutting off circulation. Compression pad hits the right spot on the tendon, easing strain and reducing flare-ups. Velcro’s strong and doesn’t fray after repeated use, and the material holds up well in wet or dusty conditions.Low-profile enough to wear under jackets or hi-vis without bulk. Ideal for drivers, site workers, or anyone dealing with tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, or general joint fatigue. Easy to adjust mid-shift without faff.Perfect for keeping in your kit bag or glove box—quick relief when the elbow starts acting up.Minor gripe: pad position takes a few tries to get right—once dialled in, it works well.👍 Pros✅ Targeted compression—relieves tendon strain✅ Strong Velcro—secure fit, no slip✅ Weather-resistant—holds up in tough conditions✅ Low-profile—fits under workwear easily✅ Easy to adjust—on the go or mid-shift👎 Cons❌ Pad placement needs tweaking for best effect❌ Not a cure—supports but doesn’t replace physio❌ Single strap—no dual tension zones

It works for me
I use these to alleviate the pain from golfers elbow which I picked up from rowing, and for me whilst rowing and using weights they work. They last me about a year, which for the price is OK, and I would have given it 5 stars but this current one is lacking in quality compared to the others from the same brand I've had over the years.I usually end up swapping them out because the securing strap has stretched too far and the Velcro can't operate due to overlapping the other side, this takes around a year to get that kind of stretch. This new one, the strap ends nearly touch from new, so I don't see it lasting a couple of months, if this is the case I'll try a different brand.Another oddity, this came in packaging which bore the FCC mark and a WEEE wheelie bin symbol, clearly this is not an electronic device so it shouldn't have these. It also bears a CE mark, which could suggest they are claiming this as a medical device, but I highly doubt that given the other spurious markings.

value for money, makes a useful difference (comment by medical professional)
Easy to wear strap, I sometimes wear it all day at times and forget about it. Easy to wear under long sleeve shirt at work.Get 2 of those as you can wear the second one when the other one dries after washing, which is easy by hand.I used for about 1 month so far and it clearly reduces discomfort usefully. However, be under no illusion that this makes it heal faster, it just reduces discomfort while recovery takes place. You still have to do all your other exercises like stretching and straightening to facilitate recovery.Important is to apply it exactly on the right spot. There is no instruction leaflet but plenty generic information is available online how to position such a strap correctly.PS: I am a medical professional, knowledgeable in this field and happy with the product.

Best value, great product and such quick delivery on standard charge via Royal Mail.
Most similar products probably come from the same factory and so this design, with the shaped pressure pad I believe to be the most effective. And so the extremely modest price this supplier charges makes them a very good choice. At a national chemist group a single similar item was priced at £17.95 for just one. [Sorry High Street retailer] I have been using it (them! as I bought the 2 at offer price ) and it does help reduce the movement of the muscles affected by my tennis elbow condition. As postman I cannot stop using the arm to rest it as much as one should, and so it's use is very welcome. The pressure applied at the point of contact lessens the tension transmitted through the muscles to the ligaments attaching them to the bone at the elbow. Remember that similar symptoms can present, for rheumatism, which would require quite different treatment. Check with your doctor.
