The product came in good condition. And the product itself is pretty good, i feel that my skin is cleansed but not like strip of all the oil, it's quite the good balance.

It has no foaming and soap, feels like not able to clean makeup and oil in the face, so I have to use another product to clean the makeup and oil.

I haven’t been using this face wash for long, but I already love it! It’s so gentle on my skin but really effective—when I wipe my face after, the wipe is completely clean. You only need one pump per wash (though I always use two to be thorough). I absolutely love the pump design! My last face wash leaked everywhere, and I broke nails trying to open it, so this is so much easier to use. The bottle is a great size and will last ages, especially for the price—it’s honestly such good value. I tried to price match elsewhere, but with postage, it worked out the same, so Amazon was quicker and more convenient. So far, I’m really impressed and hope it lasts as well as it’s started!

Doesn't lather,,not so much difference when uses or not... feels the same with just washing with water.
