This product works perfectly for what I needed. My husband is a body builder and wanted a butterscotch flavored protein drink, I mixed a few drops of this in the vanilla protein powder in his smoothie. We both love it. No more spending tons of money on different flavored protein, just by the flavored extracts.

Since butterscotch has magically disappeared from the real world overnight. I have been using this to make my own syrups and flavor things. It's in glass which is nice, just make sure you have a dropper, or use the straw trick. Great taste!

somewhat expensive
You need to add a decent amount to get a butterscotch flavor to baked goods, and the bottle is quite small so you do not get a great deal of use for the money. Making the bottle a little easier to pour a consistent amount would help also.

Nostalgic Flavor
We were surprised to find butterscotch flavoring unavailable in local grocery stores. Amazon to the rescue! We've used it now in pudding (dairy free) and in shortbread cookies. Delicious!

Butterscotch flavoring
Scent is a little strong, which I wanted (flavored toothpicks). Did not taste like butterscotch. My breath smelled like I just drank a couple rum & cokes. Lol

I ordered this to make butterscotch candy for christmas! First the taste is the perfect quality to make a good candy, it’s not too strong either. For the size of the bottle it’s a good price and will last!
