Great texture!
I was very pleasantly surprised by the texture and quality of this product. I've had other lentil based pasta before and it was not good. And I love how much protein is in a serving!

I’ve been changing my eating habits on my journey to better health and this pasta will be included! I add some garlic olive oil and veggies. So good! The texture is good if you cook it properly it tastes great and it’s organic!

Great Product
What more could you ask for in a high-protein pasta product? The taste is really good, it's organic, goes well with any kind of sauce, it is al dente, high in fiber, and (of course) high in protein. Why eat anything else except other such products in the Tolerant organic line?

Wonderful No-Grain Pasta!!
I LOVE this pasta. It is the closest I’ve found to regular grain pasta. My diet has evolved to be completely grain free. I had given up on having any pasta dishes, and then I came across this brand, Tolerant. You must be careful with timing to get it just right so lean towards the shorter cooking time. It’s really a short cooking pasta anyway. Spaghetti/Mac and Cheese/Cold pasta dishes, are once again on the menu.I’m in pasta heaven!

GF, High Protein & One Ingredient!
These are very good gluten free, high protein noodles. I would definitely recommend this product. The delivery was quick and the product undamaged.

Moldy and mildew covered in a short time
The two of the six boxes we ate tasted great, unfortunately the pasta inside of the other 4 sealed boxes was coated in mold within just a few months of purchase. I’ve never had this problem with other brands.My Amazon window for returns was closed so I reached out to the seller to ask if this was a common occurrence and never heard from them.

Excited to be eating pasta again
Considering this pasta only has one ingredient (red lentils) it has remarkably good taste and texture. I used to eat regular gluten free pasta all the time but then I switched to a totally grain free diet so I didn't have many options. Last week I used it to make a pasta casserole with spinach, feta and chicken sausage and it was delicious. The directions say to boil for 6-8 minutes. I strained it after six minutes because I was worried it might be mushy but it was actually a little too al dente. I would recommend the full 8 minutes. I'm very happy to have found this product and I'm curious to try the other varieties.
