Great dupe for the name-brand ones!
Okay, I’ve bought these pads twice now, which is basically my stamp of approval. I use the Tidy Cats Breeze system, and honestly, I barely notice a difference between these and the official Breeze pads, except my bank account is way happier! :) They do exactly what they’re supposed to: soak up the pee and prevent the whole box from smelling like that dreaded ammonia smell . I have one cat, and so far, no complaints. Putting them in and taking them out is super easy - no wrestling, no weird folding. And cleanup and disposal is super easy. I usually just rotate the tray mid-way through the week and dump the pad in about 7 days. Overall, these “dupe” pads are super reliable and budget-friendly! Will buy again.

Great on your wallet and for your kitty cleaning needs.
I love this product! As a long time breeze box user I have tried many different options for cat pads. For me these are the best. I currently have one cat that uses these but in the past I have had 2 cats. I have these on subscription! * What works for me: The size of the pads, fit perfectly box tray. *They absorb well and do not spill over, they hold liquid waste well and I find I have to change the pad every 5 days ( my cat only uses two spots in the box so the pad has to take a lot in those two spots. * these are cost effective for me and I believe they are better quality then the brand name product. I purchased some *brand name* when I ran out of these and I was unhappy with the result of that product and put these on subscription. The brand pads are still in my garage for emergency back up. * Ingredients and thickness I feel that the ingredients of the pad are just right, the urine gels or absorbs I can pick up the pad without fear of spillage. The thickness is great for maintaining the absorption. * bulk packaging from Amazon is great I love the box they come in, it’s easy to store and keeps the pads clean. *What doesn’t work for me. Oder control, if I don’t change the pad after 5 days the odor can get strong, there is nothing added that neutralizes the Odor like some of the other pads I’ve tried. Other than that I can’t complain about this product at all. **General things have found that make a differnce with this system. * I use “Press and Seal” to line the tray I find that it keeps the tray from absorbing urine odor since the company doesn’t sell replacement parts. I change this once a month. * I use an extra large charcoal doggy pad cut in quarters under my pee pad for just in case to keep urine from absorbing in to the plastic tray. I have only had Amazon pads leak a few times and I’m sure it’s been because of my failure to stay on top of changing my pads and to be honest when I had 2 cats using the box I would have to change pads every 3-4 days but I still feel these pads held up as well or better than brand name pads. I will forever be a loyal user of these. Just with they had better odor control but I understand not everyone would be a fan of added chemicals.

Best Value and Performance: Multicat Household
I have three cats in my car. One is a small gray tuxedo (about 5 pounds) and the other two (technically my grandcats) are behemoth black beauties, coming in around 20 pounds each. Not only are they bigger cats, these two are diabetic. Like many diabetics, they drink a lot of water and pee - a lot! Before getting the Breeze system, keeping up with all three litter boxes was took up a lot of my time; “digging for treasure” had to be done twice a day, at minimum. After trying all the different types of litter and litter boxes, I decided to invest in two Breeze litter systems and I’m glad I did! My hardwood floors aren’t getting wrecked from grains of litter and clean up is a Breeze. As much as I love the Breeze system, with three cats, I went on the hunt for the most cost effective solution for maintaining this system, as the brand-name pads run about $15 for 10 pads. With two systems and three cats, it was costing about $90 a month. I tried regular disposable bed pads (“chucks”) but they are not effective at all for this purpose (see photos for comparison of thickness between bed pads and these pads). Each pad had to replaced anytime one of the cats peed. My next purchase were these Amazon Basics Cat Litter Pee Pads (20 ct) and I think I’ve found the winner! Not only are they a better value than the brand name (at the time of purchase, I paid $11.34 for a box of 20 pads) but I think they are even more absorbent than the original brand name. As many cat owners know, cats seem to favor a specific place in their litter box. These are absorbent enough that I am able to extend the use by simply turning the tray around so the opposite/dry end is in the spot where the cat prefers to do their business in the box. With the brand name, I was replacing two pads (one for each box) a day. With the Amazon basics brand, combined with the trick of rotating the pad, I’m now only replacing two pads every-other-day, making my maintenance costs for the pads around $17 a month. The Amazon Basics Cat Litter Pee Pads win all categories, hands down!

Great value
I've been using the Amazon Basics Cat Pad Refills for my litter tray system, and overall, I find them to be a solid option, especially considering the price point. With five indoor cats that drink a lot of water, I've tested these pads under fairly intense conditions, and they've performed well. The pads fit perfectly in my litter tray system, and I appreciate the durable construction with the strong PE film and super absorbent core. They do a great job of locking in moisture, which makes cleanup much easier. One of the biggest advantages of these pads is their value. Compared to the name brand pads I was using before, these are much more affordable, which is important since I'm changing them frequently. With two litter systems in use, I was previously changing out pads every two days, but with these Amazon Basics pads, I've had to switch to changing them daily. While this does mean they may not absorb quite as much as the more expensive options, the trade-off is worth it for the cost savings. This package will last me about 3 months. When purchasing the name brand pads, I was paying roughly $12 for 8 pads. Doing the math, to get the same amount of pads I would be spending roughly $150. I do think the cost has been a huge factor in using this product. However, potential buyers should be aware that if you have multiple cats or particularly heavy usage, like in my case, you'll need to change these pads more frequently to prevent odors. If I leave them for longer than a day, the house starts to smell like urine, so it's essential to stay on top of regular changes. My overall experience has been positive. These cat pads are a great value and do the job well, but they might require more frequent changing depending on your household's needs. For homes with fewer cats or less frequent litter box use, these could last longer and provide even more value. Overall, I would recommend them, particularly if you're looking to save on your cat care supplies.

Great Alt. to the Breeze Pads!
Great pads! I use these in place of the breeze ones as those are much more expensive and honestly run out way faster. These work well! Super absorbent, and they smell pretty good! The smell doesn't last long but for obvious reasons (ykno they get peed on). I'd say these hold a lot of urine as well. It is super easy to clean these up and get them thrown away. I'd say they are fairly leak resistant and pretty thick. They work super well for over a week if not longer. I'd say never go past a week in general but if you do these work well for up to 2 weeks!

No more piss pool.
I’ve just finished my first case of these and I’m never going back. They are absolutely fantastic for the price. Compared to the name brand, they have MUCH better absorption but really no odor control at all. Changing more frequently because of a smell is well worth it to never have to deal with cat piss pooled in the tray. I’m going to start using a deodorizer on them (below the pellets where my cats can’t touch it) and I’m sure that will help a lot.

Only okay
I liked these pads at first. It was nice they are less expensive. Ultimately we have switched back to the unscented Breeze pads. The Amazon brand are okay if you are willing to change the pad every 2, max 3, days. Any longer than that and I find things start smelling. If you forget about the pad, they do not absorb urine as well and the tray will be soaked and a huge mess. If you forget a Breeze pad, that is not the case. I prefer the Breeze pads - no odor, and can go much longer without needed to change, which is ideal for two working parents. We have one cat and change those once every 5 days or so.
