Great MTB Bike Wall Storage
Really pleased with this product however a couple of points to note.1. Use sturdier fixings. The supplied raw plugs and screws are not going to leave you with much confidence if your hanging more than one from the rack. You will see in my photo's that I used a pack of multi fix bolts (10mm) thick to secure the rack and I used the central 2 x holes in the bracket (rather than the 4 x holes) that the instructions show you to use (you wont get these 10mm fixings into the standard holes. The benefit for me here wad that I only needed to drill a single 10mm hole using a masonry bit and then tightened up these bolts use a socket and wrench. The other benefit was that you don't need to use raw plugs as these bolts are self cutting (as long as you use the right size masonry bit of course).2. If joining the bars together then make sure the screws holes line up in the central bracket as you might have to pop the plastic end caps of each bar first before aligning the up and use a bracket in the middle and then check to see if you can secure the bars using the pre supplied screws.3. The pre supplied bracket screw which secure the horizontal bar to the wall are only threaded on each end of the bar. This means if you wanted to relocated the bracket in a few inches you will need to find a small nut and bolt to pop through the holes which are not threaded.4. I bought this to hang mountain bikes up. I would say one bar supports 3 x mountain bikes in a top to tail setup (see my photo to show how the bikes have been hung). Any more than this then the bikes will be a little difficult to remove individually (in my opinion).5. The hooks are covered in a plastic sleeve so this wont scratch your wheels.6. They hooks don't butt up against a spoke when hanging so you dont need to worry about the weight being transferred indirectly through a spoke (again please study my photo as you can see how the gaps between hook and spokes).7. Is the metal brackets and hooks / rack sturdy ? Yes the are sturdy when secured to the wall and I was pleased with the overall engineering quality.8. Seems pricey for what they are ? - I did feel this initially at point of purchase however now they are up and attached and I have 3 bikes hanging up I am happy with the purchase and the space I have gotten back in my garage so the price is on balance worth it.The instructions show you how to fit these as two separate bars which is ideally if you want to hang bikes in two different locations. For me I wanted to join both bars together (which isn't shown in the pictures as I forgot to take one once complete) however the setup works well enough)Overall I would say a good purchase, just buy some sturdy bolts to fix them on your wall.

Great solution for limited storage space
Really pleased with this as a solution to limited storage space for our 4 bikes. Very sturdy. Only downside is the pathetic, small screws to fix it to the wall - these were absolutely not fit for purpose to hold the weight. Replaced these myself with better alternatives. Otherwise, very happy overall.

Not sure...
I'm reserving judgement on this.Pros: it was very easy to put up and is well designed.Cons: the hooks are bare metal and will chip bike wheel rim paint each time it comes into contact so if your precious about this I put some cloth over them then gaffer taped them should prevent the damage hopefully. I feel to get 3 bikes across one of the bars it should be longer as handlebars all jostling for space is an issue unless you top and tail the bikes which is inconvenient. I also cross my fingers everytime I come into the garage expecting to see all the bikes in a heap on the floor as it just doesn't feel robust enough for five bikes.I will probably purchase a single rack to go with this to distribute the bikes so no more than 2 hang per rack as this will give me piece of mind that it'll remain in tact for the rack and bikes sake. This is far from ideal as more of the garage wall will be taken up which kind of negates the usefulness of it in the first place as I'll be back to square one in terms of floor space used.

Hanging around
Does the job and comes with a few spare bits and bobs. Easy to put together. If you want your bikes to hang straight, make sure the back wheels clear the foor. If you want to mount them slanting back toward the wall (make sure the hooks are pointing the opposite way - ie: bike leaning to right will need hook pointing from right to left....otherwise bike will fall off!), mount a little lower - with the back wheels resting a little on the floor where possible. This will make it easier to hold them in place.

Just the job for bike storage !
These five bikes were taking up an inordinate amount of space in my garage and having researched the options, this piece of kit appeared to do the job. Assembly was easy, just ensure level with a spirit level, mark the drill holes, drill holes and insert the raw plugs. Note - looking at the size of the raw plugs and screws one is tempted to think that these will not support the cycles - be assured, they do ! Once the brackets are attached to the wall as per the instructions, simply space the hangers accordingly and secure with the metal pins. Hang the bikes et voila ! Storage issue solved.

Good but needed some DIY improvement
Good solid product apart from the tiny screws provided to attach it to the walls. To get three bikes on the wall I upgraded the screws to concrete screws and ended up having to widen the holes on the rack to accommodate this. Once I did this the unit was solid on the wall and easily handled three bikes.

Good bit of kit
Sturdy. Decent solution for housing 5 bikes. I used stronger rawl plugs and screws than provided. it's never coming of the wall.

Brilliant Design
Absolutely brilliant! Great value for money and very easy to assemble, screws and fittings included are all perfect. I spent ages trying to find a bike shed to put in our front garden but couldn't find anything. This holds four bikes on the wall behind the door in our front room giving the kids easy access to take them on and off for school.
