I used this tea to balance my hormones. I still had 12 day for my period but the next day I started to have the tea I got my period. My period used to be so painful but not anymore. I steeped 1 teaspoon with 1 cup of hot water every day. I like how it taste also. It worked on me honestly. I don't recommend it using it more than 1 month. Every 6 months you can use it.
