This life jacket is much more comfortable than a traditional full life jacket. It's great for kayaking whereas a full life jacket is uncomfortable and rides up my back. I trust this life jacket for anywhere with calmer water but prefer a full jacket for rougher waters since I have difficulty treading water.

Fits perfectly for the teenagers and us adults for kayaking.

Perfect to keep our boating adventures legal. Cheap, but hopefully would save our life. They do run small as others stated so get the XL. Glad we followed that recommendation. For kids, I would invest in a better vest type life preserver.

I bought several adult size plus these 2 extra large to keep as spares on our boat as required by law. Maybe those sizes run true in “another country” but not here. The adult size was more like youth size and the extra large are okay for a small to medium sized adult. Certainly not extra large.

Need life jackets to be law compliant while out on boat I’m not 125 # that the regular jackets fit. These are truly XL adult they fit well I’m 6’ 290lbs if I ver need it it fits around my neck and body.

Hands down, they work the best! all those other one's you see, do NOT support your neck... so if you have little children, or an adult who doesn't know how to swim, this is what you need IMO... other types (most) that you buy, do not support your neck, and (for example) if a little child falls face forward in the water with one of the cool looking one's, they will still drown, but they won't with this type..... its a no brainer, it ain't pretty, but it will definatetly save your life.

I bought this life jacket because state law requires that I have a life jacket for every person riding in my boat. Most of the ponds I put my aluminum row boat in are shallow and calm, so I didn't want to spend a lot of money on life jackets that will rarely get used. I bought this larger size for larger passengers that occasionally ride with me, but it runs a bit small. This fits best on men that wear a size large or extra large shirt. Even though this is the "extra large" life jacket, it doesn't appear that it would fit on a man with a large, thick build. The neck hole is very snug, and this style doesn't fit well on busty women. However, this is a perfectly adequate life jacket for occasional, short term use.

I got this to be lake compliant on my sup. It’s four layers of 1”sheets. I never actually put it on all summer. Makes for a nice pillow. Lol I don’t know if I would count on this to save my life if I were unconscious.
