UPDATE: I SHOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS FIRST. IT'S TOO BIG FOR MY SPACE. THEY ARE CHARGING ALMOST $11 FOR RETURN VIA UPS ANS NO FREE STAPLES RETURN. I ONLY PAID $9 FOR IT SO, I'LL JUST GIVE IT AWAY. 😠😡First, it doesn't come assembled.Second, it's bigger than the picture.There's another reviewer with my name, and basically, same thing for me, it's too big for my kitchen so sending it back.Someone else said you have to use special forks, spoons, knives, so that won't work.

Not universal
It’s not universal which means you must purchase the Dixie forks/spoons. The price is more expensive than the dispenser and it’s not work returning because I’m losing money.I’m stuck with it honestly but it should a HUGE warning stating the limitations.
