I have very small feet they also have no arch and I'm now at the grand old age of 50 starting to suffer with ankle pain associated with flat feet. I bought these children's insoles (!) And within hours of wearing them my ankle pain has reduced so much I can't quite believe it. Will be buying more for all of my shoes. Highly recommend this product!

Absolute rubbish .. tried to return for exchange for smaller size but this product not is not returnable. I am disgusted with these inner soles For the price..will never purchase this product agai.Rubbise
