This is a really solid piece of kit, operates smoothly, and feels much sturdier than any of the plastic phone mounts that I've held. I didn't trust my phone on those, so bought this after some searching. It's also very compact, so could be taken more or less anywhere, or put in any kit bag to give you another possibility. Probably even mount it to the top of a camera using a cold shoe mount. Wow, so versatile!It works well, and I very much like that is has both a spring-loaded clamp, as well as a way to lock both the clamping action, and its rotation. The spring appears to be user-replaceable, provided you have an appropriately sized/ gauged spring, and a couple sizes allen keys to hand. Another nice consideration is that the fixings used to set friction on the clamping components are also openly accessible for tightening.It's a sleek black all over, except for some informational stencils (which are tastefully done), and a bit of branding on the other side which feels arbitrary when you realise this same mount is being sold under other, similarly branded names. On the mount I got, the anodizing on the longer middle piece is a little off; the black is slightly different, weaker, and more matte than the other components, which are coated uniformly to each other. This isn't noticeable at a glance, however.Despite a lot of attention paid to the details, this mount is loose by about 1-2mm when I try to clamp the base in my Smallrig Arca Swiss style quick release clamp. I tried the mount in a different Arca Swiss tripod head, and found that it did fit, and could be clamped securely using a screw-tighten clamp.In all, I'm still very happy with my purchase, but for the money would have liked a uniform finish, subtler branding, and compatibility with the quick release clamp that I own. If not for those minor complaints, I would have given it 5 stars overall.

This is a fairly good device. I've had mine for just over a year. I am not sure whether mine was faulty but the lever that locks the clamp in particular positions stopped holding after a while. Even tightening the screw that secures the lever did not help. This is the only weak link I can identify in an otherwise good little gadget, but it is a big problem (for me at least).

It's made of metal and feels very solid. It's a bit fiddly to use though; you need to loosen the screw at the back to release the spring-loaded arm. The little lever to stop the mount from spinning is OK but it all feels unnecessarily fiddly. There are multiple mounting locations on the bracket though, which could be useful.Maybe it depends on how you want to use it but it's over-engineered and overpriced for what I need.

It clamps my Samsung S22 Ultra to my camera tripod stand. It's a Chunky metal bracket that adjusts with ease for size. Good buy.

This seems to be a very well engineered accessory. It is solidly made and well constructedNo instructions came with it which became a short term issue because the locking/adjusting mechanisms were initially very tight and there was nothing to check. Once loosened off, it is fine.The only other slight downside is that if your phone protector is on the thicker side, you'll have to take it the protector off - your phone won't fit properly on the mount.As other reviewers have mentioned, there is no pan and tilt. For me this was an advantage as I have a ball and socket tilt on my mini-tripod which actually gives me more range of movement and, of course, this unit can be much smaller.

This product is I think the best smartphone holder/mount that I have ordered or bought. The material is of great quality, which makes the product very sturdy. The locking mechanism is solid & also different from the usual. All in all an amazing product, for a good price & A1 quality.

It’s a great little phone holder with plenty of capacity for additional items to be fitted (microphones, lights etc). With all phone holders - trying to find one that fits an iPhone 12 Pro Max is always difficult - but this one does manage. I like the ability to expand for the iPhone and then lock that in place, only longevity concern is the tiny lever to unlock and rotate the holder. I found this digging into my thumb and over time can see this snapping - bit I’ll get to that when I see it.

I bought this mount to vlog on iPhone and I must say I was impressed. The build quality is superb and it offers flexibility of mounting. On its front panel there are holes for 1/4 screws which allows to expand the rig. Have a look how I used it with my action cam. with microphone on the side. I am very happy with this buy. The only drawback, and it is a similar issue with many other brackets, is that the soft pads that hold iPhone are not glued very well and can get loose. But it is easy to fix with some super glue.(Pro tip, don't make a photo on your bank statement!!! Because you will waste time blurring it later in Photoshop)
