NATIONAL Brand Texhide Series Record Book, 10.375 x 8.375" Black, 150 Pages (56211), Black/Burgundy

I have used these notebooks for almost 25 years. Turns out there are two brands that look similar. This brand takes a well flowing fountain pen well and does not bleed. The Boorum&Pease/TOPS brand notebooks which look similar will bleed when using a fountain pen.. This notebook is ideal for heavy writing, journaling and can take a fountain pen well

This was a hard cover book. The quality is good and it has held up well over several months of regular use. I mention all that because I was on the fence before buying, but I take this into every meeting and it goes in and out of my business bag constantly. No issues. Just what I wanted.

You can feel the quality of the notebook. Great choice if you need a lab book that opens out flat and stays flat. That white sticker up in the picture comes off easily, leaving a nice, blank, logo-free cover. In fact, the only word on the outside of the book is "RECORD" on the spine. If you like keeping a journal, look no further. However, there is no bound bookmark. Truly a superior lab notebook. The color and cover are simple and elegant, the paper is securely bound and durable, and on top of that, it's relatively light. Solid notebook.

Good quality paper, narrow ruled (which I like), and a green tinting that's easy on the eyes. Only issue is the relatively high price. Sadly all numbered books are expensive...

Best book for a journal. Hardcover that is well built and easy to use.

This is a top shelf ledger. I use it to track my personal monthly finances. This ledger is 512 pages, 14 1/4" x8 3/4", well made and very sturdy. Best ledger I've ever owned. Nice job!

This is my third journal and as always it’s perfect for my needs. I use a fountain pen and the ink doesn’t bleed through the page. The binding isn’t the strongest; by the time I’ve filled one, it’s pretty worn out. Still good value for money. The book arrived in good condition and timely.
