I got this for my insulin pump. Most other leg garter pockets are so flimsy and don't hold up for daily use, so I'm glad I decided to try something more heavy duty. It's really comfortable, doesn't slip, and it PERFECTLY fits my Tandem t:slim X2 insulin pump without the case/clip. It still fits even with the clip attached to the pump but it's a little bulky and not as secure.

***UPDATE*** To anyone who, like me, is having an impossible time finding a small enough thigh holster, I found a decent solution in purchasing a man's ankle holster. The biggest downside is that there are no garter loops.The quality of this holster was better than I expected. However, I'm sending mine back because there is no possible way it's going to fit around my thigh. My left thigh is 19" at its fattest point and, as you can see from the photo, this holster leaves way too much room for it to be usable. It's too bad only one size is offered (the tag says "Medium").Also, it's worth noting that, thought he product description says it fits guns less than 4.5" total length, I was easily able to fit my Smith and Wesson M&P 9 Shield Plus, which has a total length of 6.1". This could be a great holster for the right sized woman.Last thought, I tested the garter loops with a spare detachable bra strap (just to see) and the bra strap hooks are too narrow to use on this holster. You will need to purchase actual garter straps (with hooks) to use with this holster.I'm giving this product 4 stars because I wish the description had listed a bottom limit in thigh size so that I hadn't wasted my time purchasing and returning it.

I'm honestly very impressed with this holster, I am using it for a 911 .380 and it fits perfectly. I wore it fully loaded with an extra mag and walked around the house for a few hours to see how it would hold up and it wasn't budging. I measured my thigh a little over 18in and was a little worried it would be too big because the smallest hooks measure at 18in but i could probably get away with using the 3rd or 2nd to last and it would still stay in place. It is something to get used to, but i love how you can holster either side and carry inside or out, you just have to find which style is more comfortable to you and what works with what you're wearing. I can carry outside with loose flowing dresses and you can't tell and if i carry inside you can't see it with a tighter dress. The only thing is, it does show a little of a line on your leg from how tight it is but nothing too unflattering. And I did have to trim a stitch down because it was scratching the inside of my thigh but now it's perfect.For the price it's definitely worth it if you're looking for something for smaller handguns.

I meant for thick thighs will bother your other inner thigh. But did fit my attachment perfectly

I bought this for my daughter to “holster” her cell phone under a formal dress at a dance. What we got was so ridiculously flimsy, cheaply made with poor material and horrid stitching, and honestly it looked really trashy. Further, it was HUGE and no way it would fit snug around a 22” thigh… more like a fit for 44”+. Waste of money and we missed return date… boo

I have purchase this item 3 times thru the years.. it stays up my tight, can’t see my gun at all even when I carry on the outside as long as my dress is not tight. I only wear dresses and skirts so finding a way to conceal was tricky.. I tried a lot of different one and this one is by far the best one in the market and for the price can’t go wrong!I carry a light gun (and it’s pink) so perfect for that, doesn’t slide down and the wrip inside helps with that

It’s nice material just doesn’t work for me. I’m 5”3 111lb and had to wear it mighty high for it to stay stable on my leg which didn’t work once I placed my G19 5 into.Tried on around the house and it didn’t feel stable as it was wobbly and eventually fell down. Maybe it’s best for females with more thigh then I have or maybe a smaller gun. Also it’s not as comfortable after having on for a while

Do not upsize! I absolutely love this it is so comfortable and I'm not a little lady! This fits my 26, my XD, and my EZ. Without any problems and holds all day in the heat...I do use antiperspirant on my leg so I'm sure it helps, but for this price it's an absolute no Brainerd, which means you can have more than one!!!
