Purchased this early November so the hubby could have warm meals at work. He has been very happy that it stays hot! I do preheat the Stanley with hot (nearly boiling) water for 5 minutes before putting in his meal, totally helps. One day he left it at work so I bought a different one (Yeti) thinking it would work just as fine, I was wrong. He said it's was barely warm. Just goes to prove this little guy is worth it. And the added utensil on the side is a bonus.

When I had this it kept my food nice and hot for the whole day, it was hard for me to open at times (but again I’m a weak person lol), i unfortunately don’t have this anymore because someone stole it from me when I wasn’t looking.

Perfect size for soup and stew for a hot lunch. Kept my lunch hot until lunch time.

I use it to keep chef boy r d spaghetti and meatballs that come from a can and Carr’s table water crackers use it for traveling hiking and work went hiking for 1&1/2 hours the food was still hot the secret compartment was an added bonus I’m able to fit 6 water crackers into it which I like to crumble into pieces as topping for when I’m really hungry. the big opening is convenient when finished just wash the inside no dishwasher needed or special utensils/scrub brush to reach the bottom I love the medal stainless steel look very modern and I’ve dropped it before on cement and it looks brand new no dents fits in my book bag for hiking and traveling my lunch bag/box for work had it for a couple of months almost a year could be used for other stuff fruit & granola yogurt & granola oatmeal &chocolate chips or blueberries,ramen ,soup &goldfish like that there’s an attachment for a spoon and that you can attach a clip or hook climbing hook and connect it to bag

Keeps food hot, just remember to preheat with boiling water prop to putting food in and then it works wonderfully

I have been wanting to get a proper food jar to keep my lunch (if it's soup) or breakfast (if it's porridge) hot as I am always pushed for time in the morning so do this the night before. I am very pleased with the results and it means that I don't have to spend lots of money in Pret or Eat on food that I don't really want! Slightly more expensive than other small flasks or food jars, but it does actually work, so that is worth the money in my view. I might even get another one :)
