I usually wear a s/ m. But ordered the Large and somewhat a little too snug. But works great with jeans. I would suggest ordering 2 sizes up. I am 5'4, 127lbs. Lost my butt with fluctuating weight gain and loss. So these really give me a butt in my jeans.

Runs small. Otherwise there. Was a stain on mine. Looked. Used. Ewww
