I bought the Lifepro Turbo Blue Vibration Plate August of 2024 and it is the best device I have ever purchased! I got Plantar fasciitis and thought I was going to suffer with pain for months or years as my friends had. But because of you amazing plate, I was pain free in less than two months. I use it daily and it has improved my balance, flexibility and core strength. This amazing device is easy to store and easy to use. I am able to lift weights while using it and use the bands it came with it. Thank you for making the Lifepro Vibration Plate affordable enough for me to use.

This will be my absolute honest opinion of the LifePro 3D Vibration Plate Exercise Machine.Set Up: Remove from box, plug cord into the back of machine until it clicks, plug into wall. DO read the enclosed booklet and DO NOT experiment with High Speed just to see what that means. It is, just that, HIGH SPEED! You are not ready for that yet! Trust me on this.Light stretching before (Calf raises, hamstring stretches, ankle rotations) and after use, just like any other exercise, is beneficial. You will be working ALL of the muscle groups at the same time. Concentrate on your body and what you are feeling. You should notice your stabilizer muscles firing rather quickly.We received this machine last Thursday. I have been battling tightly "Jammed Hips" for over a year. Constant burning pain that interfered with every aspect of my life, including sleep. I am a very young 64 3/4, a former personal trainer and very active person with a physical job, but the pain was dragging me down, making me feel old. By midday, my right leg and foot would be tingling I knew my circulation was being seriously compromised. I tried every remedy at my disposal - Stretching, Fascia Blasting, Assisted Decompressions, Heat, Cold...You name it. No relief.Three 10 minute sessions on my new LifePro 3D Vibration Plate changed all of that. I have suffered from pain in my hips, lower and upper back since I was involved in a car accident in 2005.I do have rods in my back which has caused my body to stiffen up over time. I am 50 years old, and not as active as I used to be due to the constant pain. I have only had this platform for a short period of time and have used it daily.Already I am feeling a huge difference in my flexibility, but mostly the pain is subsiding.I'm 5'11, 165 lbs, so I'm not necessarily out of shape, but running is out of the question, and walking even hurt because of my hips and lower back pain.Since using this, my hips are looser, and my back doesn't feel like a stiff board any longer. I even have noticed a big difference in my neck and the tension I have always had. This has replaced the chiropractor visits, which were costly. I am able to stand straight, and walk without a limp, which I know I had because my hips were constantly out of alignment. I'm also sleeping well, instead of tossing and turning from discomfort.I have noticed toning in my legs and abs as well, which is a great benefit.I am so happy and thrilled that I decided to purchase the LifePro 3D Vibration Plate.In the short time I have used it, I've felt dramatic results! I'm looking forward to see my results in the next few months.

This machine works better than I anticipated. It released pains and is very relaxing. I wish I had Heard about it sooner . I have added it to my every day routine.

Easy to use. I exercise on it and it is very sturdy. It's a great way to increase circulation and bone density.
