I ordered the black leather case with red stitching. I really want to give it 5 stars. The quality is good. It feels good. It looks good. It fits the shape of the key perfect. It outlines the Subaru logo perfectly. It even smells good, like how leather is supposed to. But the problem is that the key gets stuck when trying to turn to remove. The piece of leather on the case that sits right at the base of the actual metal key sits just a little too high. (Tiny hole where metal part of the key goes through.) In order to turn to remove, i need to apply quite a bit of pressure, pressing into the ignition and then turn it to off.. Inserting and turning to start works smoothly. Turning from ignition On to accessory mode works smoothly. But from accessory to off it gets stuck. Doing this over and over will damage the key. I will put this on my spare just because I like how it looks. Note: I have a 2018 base STI key.

It's more difficult to move the ignition from the accessory power position to the off position with the leather cover on the key, as you end up pushing on the leather cover rather than on the key itself. The cover could have probably been designed to allow for quickly removing the key to account for this shortcoming.That aside, it's a very nice cover and it protects the $200-400 key.

Love these fob covers! They fit our 2008 CRV fobs perfectly and are made of a smooth, matte silicone that doesn't attract fuzz or get sticky over time. They also help keep worn fobs closed when the screw inevitably falls out. We've got these on both of our car keys (Honda and Subaru) and they're fantastic. Highly recommend!

Perfect fit. I don't use the clip that came with it. I use a Mag Nut instead so that the rest of my keys don't hang onto my car key while driving.No signs of wear so far and it's been a few months.

They fit perfectly on my 2019 Subaru Ascent keys. Slipped right on, buttons work just like they did before putting the covers on. I would order these again if needed

As a Tesla driver I was shocked to see that primitive tech still persists on modern cars such as the Subie we got for our teen. To make things worse the Subie key is encapsulated and an $400 "bargain" should it break.This cover is awesome, very pleasing to look at, touch and operate.

The small leather piece broke off in 2 days of having it. Love the leather but it should not break in 2 days.

I am so pleased with this cover, I bought a Subaru, a car that I always loved. I looked at the key fob and it was obviously used, I though wll I will do the best I can to dress it up, this made my key appear brand new and has a quality feel to it as well!
