Fantastic
I wear these and the matching knee pads for E-sk8, riding my electric unicycle doing 30ish MPH, and I feel comfortable and safe because these pads are locked in, and very protective.

You will forget you are wearing them
These are super comfortable. They aren't too bulky and fit nicely under a shirt. I ride an electric unicycle (EUC) and at the end of a few hours of riding I'm sometimes surprised that that they are on.Now that I'm riding in the summer, they do get a little warm, as anything would, but they breath well.Because they are so comfortable, I did have a time where they moved into the wrong position and I hadn't noticed.I have had two low speed tumbles and they protected me. Even a low speed crash can bring injury.Yes, they are pricey, but you get what you pay for. If you have bulky pads you may be hesitant to wear them and then have a regretful low-speed crash. Buy the protection that you'll actually use. Buy the good stuff from the beginning or you'll just be wasting money on the cheap ones. For sizing, I am 6' with skinny arms. I was near the top end of the Medium I went with that because I was afraid that the Large would be more likely to slide up, which is a concern of other reviewers. I'm happy with my decision.

Looks cool, but not confident in protection
They're going to slide off. Not a fit issue, just nature of the design. They look cool though and are comfortable.

slide down
these elbow pads were great for two rides. Now they won't stay on my elbows. They slide down almost instantly.

Nice fit, mediocre performance.
The fit and comfort were great. But when I came off the bike the pad slid up my arm. I'm sure the trail rash would have been worse without them but my next pair will have a strap of some kind.

Excellent!!
Leatt makes quality gear and these are no exception. The fit is excellent and the protection is there when you need it. A little hot on hot days but that's to be expected, which elbow pads aren't. I would recommend these to anyone and if I had to do it all over again I'd buy these again in a heartbeat.
